EMD F40PH AMTK 219 was at BN’s engine facility at Interbay (Seattle), WA, in August of 1983. Amtrak uses this former Great Northern facility for locomotive servicing for trains terminating at Seattle’s King Street station.

Amtrak 386 on the southbound Coast Starlight is ready to depart the Tacoma, Washington station in April of 1994.
AMTK 386 is an EMD F40PH.
Amtrak 90252 is in the lead of the northbound Talgo Cascades at Steilacoom, Washington on Oct. 13, 2007. The Cascades are a push-pull operation and another locomotive is on the rear of the train pushing.
The 90252 is a former EMD F40PH that has been gutted and serves as a baggage car with a view and control stand for the engineer.
